This is an appeal from a decision of the Circuit Court of Jackson County which reversed a decision of the Referee of the Mississippi Employment Security Commission and the Commission's Board of Review. The Referee and Commission's Board of Review disqualified a school teacher, James F. Harris, from receiving unemployment benefits on the grounds of misconduct, citing to Miss.
