The Town of Mantachie seeks to extend its corporate boundaries. The annexation of only one parcel is at issue in the present appeal. The Chancery Court of Itawamba County granted the annexation, and the issue in the present appeal is whether the chancellor's ruling was supported by substantial evidence. This Court determines that there is substantial evidence in support of the chancellor's ruling and affirms his decision...
