Plaintiffs appeal as of right from an order granting defendant Robin Morcom's motion for summary disposition. We affirm.

Plaintiffs brought the present action to recover for April 1993 fire damage to their tree farm. Morcom and defendant Karl Grokau lived together on property owned by Morcom that adjoins the tree farm.
