In Sannerud v. Brantz, No. 96-54, Chrysanthe Sannerud (Sannerud) appeals from the summary judgment order which held that the real estate transaction between Sannerud and Paul and Betty Brantz (Brantz) constituted a mortgage and not a real estate sale.
