The Plaintiff, North American Stainless ("NAS"), had shipped from Algeciras, Spain to the Port of Baltimore steel coils on Defendant North Bay Shipping, Ltd.'s ("North Bay") ocean vessel, the M/V Leszek G ("Leszek"). Upon reaching Baltimore, the coils were transferred by ITO Corporation of Baltimore ("ITO") to rail cars operated by Defendant CSX Transportation ("CSX").
