Alejandro Vega was charged in an eight-count indictment for conspiracy to distribute and distribution of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841, 846 and unlicensed dealing in firearms in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(1)(A).
