INTRODUCTION

In this sexual discrimination lawsuit, defendants Joseph J. Costello, et al. moved pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c) for judgment on the pleadings dismissing the complaint of plaintiff Georgiann E. Alfano. Alfano opposed the motion, and oral argument took place on July 17, 1995.
