OPINION

STOVER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction of aggravated assault. Appellant was indicted for the offense of aggravated assault for causing bodily injury to the complainant on July 21, 1993. The indictment also contained enhancement paragraphs. Trial was before a jury and the jury found appellant guilty as charged in the indictment. The jury also found the enhancement paragraphs contained in the indictment to be true, and assessed punishment...
