Michael D. Fletcher ("Fletcher") appeals his conviction on a charge of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The issue on appeal is whether the district court1 erred in denying Fletcher's motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.
