LOGAN, Circuit Judge.

Petitioner-appellant Dwayne Keith Jefferson appeals from the district court's order granting his petition for a writ of habeas corpus to the extent of ordering that he be given a parole hearing. We have jurisdiction1 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2253, and affirm.2
