EDMONDS, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals from a summary judgment under ORCP 47 C1 on her claim seeking to set aside alleged fraudulent transfers by defendants in violation of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA), ORS 95.200 to ORS 95.310. We reverse.
