Defendant Wesley Allen Dorrough appeals his sentence under USSG § 2D1.1, comment. (n.1). We have jurisdiction under 18 U.S.C. § 3742(a) and 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and we affirm.1

A jury convicted Mr. Dorrough of attempting to manufacture phenyl-2-propanone ("P2P") and amphetamine, possession of P2P with intent to manufacture amphetamine, conspiring to manufacture, possess, and distribute amphetamine...
