RICH, Circuit Judge.

James Woodson (Woodson) appeals a judgment of the United States Court of Veterans Appeals (CVA) in Woodson v. Brown, 8 Vet. App. 352 (1995), affirming an 11 May 1994 decision of the Board of Veterans' Appeals (BVA), which denied Woodson's claim for service connection for a dental condition. We affirm-in-part and dismiss-in-part.
