SIMMS, Justice:

Formal Complaint was filed by the Oklahoma Bar Association against Respondent, Sam F. Houston, alleging attorney misconduct warranting discipline. The complaint alleged four separate counts against respondent, however one count was dismissed by the Bar because of lack of evidence.
