Hart appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to annul judgments decreeing Hart to be an absent person, declaring him dead and placing his parents and siblings into possession of his estate. In his judgment the trial judge concluded that Hart had not met his burden of proving the judgment was obtained through fraud or ill practice.
