For the reasons stated in the consolidated case of Helena Chemical Co. v. Adrion Nichols, Docket No. 96-856 (La.App. 3 Cir. 12/26/96), ___ So.2d ___, the decision of the trial court is reversed and judgment is rendered in favor of Helena Chemical Company. All costs of this appeal are taxed against the defendant, Nichols & Nichols, Inc.
