This is an appeal of a summary judgment granted in favor of U.P. Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Taco Bell ("UPE"). Glenda Mackey ("Mackey") sued her employer, UPE, two of its managers, Ron Smith and Greg Johnson ("Smith" and "Johnson"), and Taco Bell Corporation ("TBC"), the franchisor, alleging eight separate causes of action.
