This cause of action stems from the circumstances surrounding Deborah Ann Carboni's dismissal from the veterinary program at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute (VPI). Plaintiff contends that she was unconstitutionally strip searched in violation of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments and that she was denied due process under the Fourteenth Amendment...
