Appellant, Sabina Evelyn Acquah (Acquah), was indicted on two criminal conspiracy counts. One count charged Acquah with conspiracy1 to bribe state employees under Md. Ann.Code art. 27, § 222 (hereinafter referred to as "the bribery count"). The second count charged Acquah with conspiracy to gain illegally access to personal records by false pretenses...
