Following a bench trial conducted in the circuit court of Vermilion County, defendant Ray Hillsman was found guilty of possession of more than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine and possession of more than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine with the intent to deliver. 720 ILCS 570/402(a)(2)(A), 401(a)(2)(A) (West 1994).
