Harvey Sender, as trustee in bankruptcy, brought claims in the bankruptcy court against Estill Buchanan under, inter alia,2 11 U.S.C. § 547(b) & (b)(4)(B) (insider preferences) and 11 U.S.C. § 548(a)(2) (constructive fraudulent transfers).
