The police were called to the scene of a domestic dispute which involved a firearm, according to the reporting neighbor. When Teresa Lawrence was arrested for interfering with the officer's investigation, she requested that the officer retrieve a "fanny pack" from her vehicle and give it to her husband. While we agree, as we are sure the trial judge would, that had the fanny pack been permitted to remain in the vehicle it would not have been subject...
