Plaintiff Christopher Sturdevant commenced this action against defendants Thomas E. Jolas, P.C. and Thomas E. Jolas in his individual capacity for alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (hereinafter "FDCPA") pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq.
