Following a jury trial, plaintiff was awarded $35,992.85 for injuries sustained in a car accident. Defendant was subsequently awarded $8,000 in attorney fees as offer-of-judgment sanctions. Plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court's denial of her motion for a new trial or additur and the appropriateness of the award of offer-of-judgment sanctions.
