Jerrold K. Worrel appeals from a conviction of sexual abuse in the first degree, § 566.100.1(2), RSMo Cum.Supp.1993. Mr. Worrel contends that the trial court erred by allowing the State to introduce out-of-court statements by the victims, by allowing the State to cross-examine him about prior uncharged sex crimes pursuant to § 566.025, RSMo 1994, and by failing to declare a mistrial after the prosecutor made allegedly improper remarks...
