Blumetti appeals from the decision of the Unemployment Appeals Commission, which affirmed the referee's denial of unemployment compensation benefits, because of Blumetti's excessive tardiness. After reviewing the referee's findings and the transcript of the hearing which formed the basis for the findings, we disagree that Blumetti's conduct constitutes such gross misconduct that it properly excludes him from receipt of unemployment compensation benefits...
