AMUNDSON, Justice.

[¶ 1] In this action, Russell Mack appeals the trial court's summary judgment dismissal of his claim. We reverse and remand for trial.

FACTS

[¶ 2] Mack began working for Kranz Farms, Inc. (Farm) in April 1984 on a parttime basis. In April 1987, Mack became a full-time employee for Farm. Mack's duties included milking the cows in the dairy barn. Although he was never formally trained, Mack learned the job through observing...
