LONG, Judge.

The appellant, James E. King, was charged in a three-count indictment with sodomy in the first degree, rape in the first degree, and sexual abuse in the first degree. The appellant was acquitted of the rape charge. As to the sodomy charge, the jury found the appellant guilty of the lesser included offense of sexual abuse in the first degree. The jury also found the appellant guilty of sexual abuse in the first degree as charged in Count III of the indictment...
