Walter R. Forrest and Ann L. Forrest, hereinafter referred to collectively as "Forrest," appeal from district court orders sustaining the demurrer filed by appellees Scott R. Eilenstine and Ray Eilenstine, hereinafter referred to collectively as "Eilenstine," dismissing Forrest's cause of action with prejudice and denying Forrest's motion for new trial.
