William Steele appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to the defendant, Dr. Mahendra Shah, in Steele's action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. A prisoner in the Florida state system, Steele alleged that Shah's discontinuation of prescribed psychotropic medication constituted deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs and so violated his constitutional right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment....
