PUDLOWSKI, Judge.
Arthur Gunter and Harry Donnegan, henceforth appellants, come before this court challenging the trial court's entry of judgment notwithstanding the verdict in favor of respondents John Kjar, Anthony Bono, and Frank Soltysiak. For the reasons which follow, we reverse the JNOV and remand with instructions to the trial court that the jury verdict be reinstated.
