ALLEN, Chief Justice.

Defendant wife appeals from a final divorce order of the Bennington Family Court, challenging the court's findings and its property and maintenance awards. Plaintiff husband cross-appeals also challenging the court's property award. We affirm in part, vacate the property settlement and maintenance awards, and remand for further proceedings consistent with the views expressed herein.
