MERHIGE, District Judge.

A.J. Wenzler, a Virginia state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, brings this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action. He seeks injunctive relief. The defendants have moved to dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). Jurisdiction is appropriate pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1343(a)(3).
