Willie Ginn sued Robert Grothere d/b/a Piggly Wiggly Carolina after Ginn slipped and fell at one of defendant's stores in Savannah, Georgia. Plaintiff appeals following the trial court's grant of summary judgment to defendant. He contends that summary judgment was inappropriate because there are issues of material fact which must be resolved by a jury.
