ORDER

McAULIFFE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Joyce A. Fegan, sues defendant, State Mutual Life Assurance Company of America ("State Mutual"), to recover accidental death benefits payable under a group insurance policy covering her husband. Both parties have moved for summary judgment. Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(c). For the reasons discussed below, plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is granted and defendant's motion for summary judgment is denied.
