PER CURIAM.

We reverse that portion of the final judgment which orders the removal of the permanent obstructions placed on the easement (the wall, landscaping, column and planter) and direct the trial court to enter an amended final judgment. We affirm the appeal and cross appeal in all other respects.

Affirmed in part; reversed in part.
