MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MAHON, District Judge.

Defendants Thomasette Pittari and Daryl Desjardin have moved for dismissal of or summary judgment on Plaintiff Susan Tinsley's claims. For the following reasons, the Court grants the motion.
