Plaintiff-appellant, Judy Ripalda, appeals the trial court's denial of her motion to reinstate her personal injury claim against American Operations Corporation and Systems Planning Corporation, defendants-appellees. Ripalda contends the trial court misapplied the relevant factors for deciding a motion to reinstate her complaint.
