OPINION

MORRIS, Justice.

In this case we address the standards of review applied to claims of legal and factual insufficiency of the evidence. In particular, we examine the standard of review for claims of factual insufficiency as recently announced by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. We then apply the standards to the claims of Rodrick Lakirk Scott.
