Larry E. Brooks appeals from a judgment of conviction entered in the Western District of New York, Skretny, J., on December 6, 1994, after a jury trial. Brooks was convicted of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 846, and of distribution of 500 grams or more of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
