The defendant was convicted by a jury of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), and was sentenced to 108 months in prison. The only ground of the appeal is that no reasonable jury could have found the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of the offense with which he was charged.
