MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

YOUNG, District Judge.

On February 5, 1996, Martin Fernandez pled guilty before this Court to an indictment charging him with bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113(a) (West 1994). The indictment charges that, on March 22, 1995, Fernandez, accompanied by William Ekasala ("Ekasala"),1 stole approximately $1537.00 from U.S. Trust, a bank in Milton, Massachusetts.
