This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of appellees, Harris County Hospital District and Ben Taub General Hospital. Appellants sued appellees under the Texas Tort Claims Act when their daughter's body, after being donated to science, laid forgotten in the hospital morgue until no longer useful for medical study.
