Appellant Ronald Boulware was charged with one count of sodomy pursuant to § 566.060.2, RSMo Supp.1993, and three counts of deviate sexual assault in the first degree pursuant to § 566.070, RSMo Supp. 1993. His first trial ended in a mistrial, but he was convicted on all counts in his second trial. He was sentenced as a prior and persistent sexual offender...
