Services Limited Partnership, appeals from the judgment of the trial court affirming the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) which found that a former employee, Shelley Bounds, was not disqualified for unemployment compensation benefits for misconduct connected with work due to excessive absenteeism.
