The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the undersigned Magistrate Judge of District Court on February, 29, 1996, on Defendants' motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. Defendants seek dismissal of Plaintiff's claims under 1) Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., 2) the Minnesota Human Rights Act, Minnesota Statutes, § 363.01
