PER CURIAM.

In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the only issue before us is the appropriate sanction for two acts of professional misconduct committed by the accused.

The Oregon State Bar filed a formal complaint against the accused, alleging that he had violated DR 6-101(B) (neglect of a legal matter) and DR 1-102(A)(3) (conduct involving dishonesty) of the Code of Professional Responsibility. At a pre-hearing conference,1
