Appellant, Corinthian McCoy, was convicted by a jury of first-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder, and sentenced by the Saline County Circuit Court to life in the Arkansas Department of Correction. McCoy appeals the circuit court's judgment of conviction, and this court has jurisdiction of the appeal pursuant to Ark.Sup. Ct.R. 1-2(a)(2).
