Defendant Evans Ray was resentenced principally to 88 months in prison, to be followed by a four-year term of supervised release. His conviction for using or carrying a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking offense, see 18 U.S.C. § 924(c) (1994), had been previously vacated pursuant to the Supreme Court...
