Plaintiff, Myra Dodson, filed this action for declaratory judgment seeking to set aside a 1988 will and 1990 inter vivos donation executed by her deceased husband, Leonard S. Dodson. Named as defendants were Leonard Dodson's legal heirs.

Finding that Leonard Dodson lacked the requisite mental capacity, the trial court declared both the will and donation to be invalid and ordered a 1973 will executed...
